Use of the App

The App is intended for personal and non-commercial use unless otherwise permitted.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the App or its services
  • Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without permission

Photo and Media Access

The App may request access to:

  • Photos
  • Media library
  • Device storage

These permissions are required for:

  • Selecting photos for editing
  • Saving edited images
  • Exporting and sharing content

Users remain responsible for the content they upload, edit, or share using the App.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer optional in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features.

By purchasing a subscription:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime through Apple ID Account Settings
  • Pricing and subscription details are displayed before purchase

No refunds are provided directly by the App developer. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies.

Advertisements

The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements.

Intellectual Property

All App content, including but not limited to:

  • Design
  • Graphics
  • Icons
  • Features
  • Logos
  • Software

are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services including:

  • Firebase
  • RevenueCat
  • Google AdMob

These services may collect and process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted functionality
  • Error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all devices
  • Continuous availability

Users use the App at their own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Device issues
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Loss resulting from use or inability to use the App

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without prior notice if users violate these Terms & Conditions.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted within the App or on the relevant policy page.

Continued use of the App after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
