End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the application provider (“Licensor”) for the use of this mobile application (“the App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

License Grant

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

This license is provided subject to compliance with this EULA and Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy or distribute the App
  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without permission

Any unauthorized use may result in termination of this license.

Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may include optional:

  • Auto-renewable subscriptions
  • In-app purchases
  • Premium features

Subscription details, pricing, and duration are displayed before purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.

Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple ID Account Settings.

User Content

The App may allow users to:

  • Import photos
  • Edit images
  • Save or share content

Users retain ownership of their content and are solely responsible for the content they create, edit, or share using the App.

The Licensor does not claim ownership of user-generated content.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services including:

  • Firebase
  • RevenueCat
  • Google AdMob

These services may collect and process information according to their respective policies and terms.

Privacy

Use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

The Licensor does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free
  • The App will always be available
  • The App will meet all user expectations
  • Bugs or interruptions will never occur

Use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Data loss
  • Device issues
  • Loss of profits or business interruption
  • Damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

Termination

This license remains effective until terminated.

The Licensor reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time if users violate this EULA.

Upon termination, users must stop using and delete the App.

Changes to This EULA

This EULA may be updated from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted within the App or on the relevant policy page.

Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
